Last weekend we decided to have another quick getaway around town. Recently the new Hyatt House was launched! I was very excited to see what are they offering as you know Hyatt has the best service when it comes to hospitality! As we arrived, I was very surprise by how beautiful the lobby is. Because, what I have in mind from previous experience with this "home" typed hotels, they are just oridinary. But not this one, the lobby and their staff were very neat and professionals.
The waiting area are located near to their bar and mini market which allows you to sit back and relax while waiting for your partner/person to check in.
After we got our keys, we directly went to our floor. Aah! The room greeted us with such welcoming feels! The room type that we got is the Suite that includes Breakfast, King Bed, WiFi, Daily Housekeeping, Full Kitchen facilities & Washing Machine.
I am very impressed with the kitchen facilities that they provided. Equipped with dining utensils, microwave, kitchen towel & more.

I also appreciate the thoughtfulness of them providing this list where you can borrow some essentials and religious books for your own use anytime.
The room is equipped with 2 tv, one is in the living room & another is in the bedroom.
The bathroom comes with a heater shower and top notch toiletries.
They also provide personal ironing items for convenient uses.
They are also games room at the activities level same as the swimming pool area. The game room area also equipped with PlayStation!
I love the location of the Hyatt House. It is located right in the middle city of Mont Kiara where surrounded by near by restaurant & cafes. The night view! We were lucky enough to get to see that!
The breakfast buffet are held in their restaurant. The seating is very comfortable and spacious.
All cold drinks are stored in the fridge, one of a kind!
My little Aryan enjoying his breakfast! After we had our breakfast we went home. Overall it is a recommended place for your stay in KL. The service and staff are very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed staying here!

I found this place called Expressionz Professional Suite located in Jalan Tun Razak. Watch my video on how I made the booking and tour around the Expressionz Suite!

So let's have a mini tour on the room! The room that I got is the Suite. About 300sqft in size that includes Kitchen, bathroom, living room & bedroom. I love the bedroom! It has nice large windows and a cabinet to store my clothes without a mess feeling.
Clear window wardrobe for the luxury feels to it. I wish I have this back home, looks like a great handbag organizer shelves there haha.
My son's favourite. The bathroom. It does not have a bathtub but it has this kinda like a "mini-pool". My son has not been procrastinating about bath time throughout the weekend! Haha! The bathroom is very simple and practical. i really love it.
There is also a built-in ironing board but iron is not provided by the apartment yet. So you might need to bring your own iron on the trip.
This is the sky lounge located on floor 41. The best chill area I have been. So peaceful & quite with a view of KLCC & KL Tower.
The sky lounge view during the night.
There is also a playground located near the swimming pool. But advise being only used by kids aged 5 and above. The slides are pretty high for my 2-year-old son.

How to Navigate Kuala Lumpur and Not Look Like a Tourist

When you visit another country, one of the first things that many people want to do is avoid looking like a tourist. While admitting you’re not a local is fine, it’s more the tourist stereotype of being clueless and lost that is to be avoided. Not only does this open you up to potential theft, but it will also prevent you from seeing some of the more interesting parts of your destination city. Locals don’t appreciate a visitor who doesn’t take notice of them, so one of the best things you can do is to observe, rather than comment, at least in the first few days of your trip. On top of this approach, you can also take other measures to ensure that your travel to Malaysia is an enriching, one of a kind experience. Here are a few ways to make your way through Kuala Lumpur like a local.

  1. Figure Out What You Want to See in Advance
There is an endless assortment of activities to do and sites to see for visitors to Kuala Lumpur. Time Out highlights 101 things to do in KL when you’re visiting, ranging from traditional drink and dessert bars to the vivid mix of culture and entertainment available at destinations such as the Islamic Arts Museum Malaysia. Therefore, one of the best things you can do in advance of a trip is to look online and see what interests you. Using time wisely while travelling, regardless of the duration of your visit, is what sets apart casual vacationers and true world jet-setters. Research online and see which parts of KL interest you. Look up current events that will be happening during your trip. This is the type of proactive approach that will make your experience all the more memorable, as opposed to simply stepping off a plane or train and expecting the fun to appear.

  1. Rent a Full Home Instead of a Hotel
The beauty of the 21st century is that you no longer have to settle for whatever expensive hotel your travel guide tells you to book. In this day and age, most travellers plan for the long haul, visiting a new place for as long as a few months in order to explore. Regardless of your planned trip time, though, searching for PropertyGuru Malaysia for a house for rent in puchong is a great way to bypass the hotel mentality and move straight to the immersive approach. Many properties in Malaysia, including KL and other locales, can be rented for a short time. The country welcomes visitors and foreigners looking to explore and invest. Therefore, you’re sure to find plenty of listings that will suit your needs at a reasonable price. Not only that but if you reserve an apartment for your trip, rather than a small hotel room, you’ll also have access to other amenities, such as a full kitchen and laundry services. In the long run, this can actually save you a bit of money.

  1. What to Expect Once You’re There
Rough Guides characterizes KL as a mish-mash of architectural styles and neighbourhoods, with a wide array of different enclaves and sites found within each one. Generally speaking, it’s a very safe city, popular amongst tourists, and host to a bastion of shopping, entertainment, and dining options. Therefore, don’t be afraid to explore and go off the beaten track. One of the most obvious indicators that you’re a tourist who doesn’t know what they’re doing is when you stick solely to the popular landmarks and attractions. If you want to experience the full breadth of what KL has to offer, then you should definitely choose a few different neighbourhoods, or even get recommendations from your temporary neighbours if you’re renting an apartment. If you want to behave like a local, then the best way to proceed is to ask the actual locals where to go and what to see.

  1. Know How to Get from Here to There
One of the biggest giveaways that you’re a tourist, as well as a frustrating detail, is how to get from one place to another. Luckily for foreigners, there are many different modes of transportation in KL. Being such a large city as well as the capital of the country, there are many ways to travel around it, including taxies, mass transit, and private car. There are two airports that are also connected to the city, so flying in or out is simple. Plotting out your route ahead of time is advisable.

Kuala Lumpur is one of the most populous and cosmopolitan cities in Asia, serving as the capital of Malaysia and a hub for commerce and leisure. Whether you plan on visiting for a month or a weekend and depending on where you’re coming from, there’s something in this city for everyone. You’ll do well to avoid overpriced hotels, and stick with local accommodations as well as advice from the locals about where to go.

Mary Kay TimeWise® Miracle Set 3D™ Review

What is the premature aging factors? Of course, one of it is time, as we grew older, our skin changes. Some of the other factors are such as sun exposure, repetitive facial movements, pollution and also smoking. Mary Kay scientists spent years uncovering ways to help with this problem. They conducted and test on over 200 consumers and over 150 formulas to create this skincare line. The result? A skincare that can help your skin protected from environmental and lifestyle skin stressors in a simple skincare regime.
There is where TimeWise® Miracle Set 3D™ is introduced. It takes three-dimensional approach to the skin which are DEFENDS, DELAYS & DELIVERS. Powerful ingredients such as Encapsulated resveratrol that provides triple antioxidants benefits and helps your skin produce natural collagen. As you know collagen keeps your skin supple and healthy. Also formulated with Vitamin B3 which knows as a well known skin brightener and gives antioxidant to your skin. Each regime in the products used have its own feature and formulated to work together and gives you the maximum result. The TimeWise® Miracle Set 3D™ is available in two formulas: normal-to-dry and combination-to-oily. Mine are in normal-to-dry formulas. Now lets get into the simple 1,2,3,4 steps to a youthful healthy skin!
Step 1:
TimeWise® Age Minimize 3D™ 4-in-1 Cleanser RM 115
Of course! Cleanser is the important starting step in a any skincare routine. You got to make sure your skin is a clean canvas before putting anything else on the skin. This cleansers is very creamy and does not lather that much but it has soft micro beads in it which helps to removes impurities gently without any irritating feeling. This is one of the best hydrating cleanser I ever tried. It does not leaves skin feels tight or too dry after cleansing.

Step 2:
TimeWise® Moisture Renewing Softener RM93.00
This toner is called a softener. From its name, it does leaves your skin feels softer and hydrated after cleansing. It is an alcohol free toner which provides amazing refreshing feeling after swiping it with a cotton pad. I loveee this toner especially the tube it came with. It is structured but I'm able to squeeze the liquid out easily onto my cotton pad without needing to shake it out like most toners bottle came with. It is formulated with Sodium Hyaluronate, to maintain skin moisture & Botanical Extracts, a natural age fighting antioxidants.

Step 3:
(DAY)
TimeWise® Age Minimize 3D™ Day Cream SPF 30 RM 139
During day time use the Day Cream. What I love about it is that it provides SPF 30 sun protection. The main thing about pre mature skin aging are mostly cases by sun damage! It has a creamy texture, a little goes a long way. It is pretty hydrating to the skin too. It also provides 12 hours moisture to the skin and gives your skin a youthful look.

(NIGHT)
TimeWise® Age Minimize 3D™ Night Cream RM  139
During night time, use the night cream. This is a very light gel type moisturizer but still provides amazing hydrating to the skin. I love how it feels like a sleeping mask because on the next day my skin is still hydrated even in an air condition room. It helps to rebuild skin while you are sleeping. It helps your skin moisture-replenishing cream re-energizes skin’s natural, youthful glow and helps reduce the look of fine lines and wrinkles.

Step 4:
TimeWise® Age Minimize 3D™ Eye Cream RM 135
Eye cream that comes in a squeeze tube? A plus for me! This eye cream helps improve multiple visible signs of aging and fatigue, including the appearance of dark circles, under eye puffiness, fine lines and wrinkles. It des absorb within 1 minute and does feels very moisturizing. Also this is an approve eye cream as a concealer base! It helps my concealer not to crease and keeps my eye area hydrated.

I hope you find this post helpful and find this skincare set a perfect match for you!

My Beauty Diary Black Pearl & Natto Fermented Mask Review

My Beauty Diary is a well-known sheet mask in Malaysia. It is also the No 1 bestselling mask in Taiwan. They have various types of mask you can choose to suit your skin needs. I think they have like 10 variants if I am not mistaken. Well, my favourite is this two! The Black Pearl & The Natto Fermented.
Each box contains 8 pcs of sheet mask that is packed individually. I think it can be a great gift idea too!
Each variant has different packaging design on it. The description on the mask is written in Mandarin but before throwing the plastic wrap from the box, do take note that there is a sticker labelled in English about the product info.
Natto Fermented Mask - Targeted for dry skin. It is a moisturizing mask. It provides intense hydration to the skin. It is formulated with a refined Resilience Intense Hydration Polyglumatic acid extracted from natto. Natto is a rich protein that helps to nourish the skin. It also contains plant extracts such as Glycyrrhiza Glabra root extract and rice ferment moisturize, brightens, and clarify the skin. I love to use this make before applying makeup. Use this 30 mins before your makeup routine and you will notice that your foundation looks more blended and nicely finished.
The Black Pearl - This mask gives an intense brightening effect. It also provides hydration to your skin. Great for threatening dull skin, as it is formulated with hydrolyzed collagen and brightening lemon extract. Dull skin will be repaired and renewed. Also provides hydration with its red algae and arnica extracts. A perfect Mermaid mask I think! Hehe.
I love the texture of the sheet mask. It hugged my skin nicely and gives comfortable feeling when using it, it does not slips or drips. All of the serum/essence from the mask really absorbed to my skin without leaving heavy or sticky feeling.
