So for example, I have picked one lucky commenter through all post in December 2014 and announce it on January 2015. When you commented in a post it is consider s 1 entry. So for example if I posted 20 post a month, there is a 20 chances for you to enter. Another example is that, if you commented on 5 post for the past month, you total entry is 5. You can refer to the left sidebar "Top Commentor section". So for lucky commenter within January 2015, I will announce it on February 2015. A total of 12 winners each year like that.
