Ardell Lash & Brow Growth Accelerator Review

As-salamu alaykum and hello everyone ♡. Now we are going to talk about lashes. If you know me, I am obsessed with my lashes. Back in my high school days, I will always curl up my lashes. I don't use mascara back then but by just curling my lashes I feel that my eyes are more awake and my lash looks curled up. When i finish high school I jump into the obsession of mascara. So basically of all my life I have been pulling out my lashes constantly especially when curling it up, removing the mascara out and using different kinds of mascara. I have a skincare for my skin but I did not have a product that actually help to keep my lashes strong or well care of because i could find one. So this year glad I was introduce to this product, so I guess I should now that steps on taking care of the hair of my lashes and my brow properly.

Introducing the Brow & Lash Growth Accelerator by Ardell ( a brand that is well know for its false lashes) is a concentrated serum of multi-proteins that works to immediately repair weak lashes and restore thickness of over-tweezed or thinning brows. Added conditioners soften dry, brittle lashes enabling them to grow longer, thicker and fuller. The direction to use this product is , after cleansing face, brush on to lashes and/or brows. Leave on all night.

My thoughts. When i first got it, it reminds me of a brow gel but of course it's not. It is packaged nicely, and this product comes in a tube just like the ordinary mascara. The texture of this serum (I call it serum lah to explain better) is like a gel like consistency but a bit runny. Not to runny and this does not drip easily. There is not funny scent or fragrance to this serum. The brush wand that it comes with is made out of plastic. The brush is thicker and have more plastic feel and definitely does not reminds me of a mascara brush. But it does not hurt and maybe feels a bit scratchy on your skin (when applied to the brow area). The best part of this product is that it is not runny, easy to control and to be applied on your lashes and brows. There is a natural way to make your lash appear fuller, that is using olive oil. But that will be messy and inconvenient. This lash serum does not cause me irritation on my eyes and from my opinion is is easy to use and safe.

The result. Background intro, my lashes are thin and quite long. Easy to curled up but easily to curl down after long hours of wearing mascara. I always have lash breakage and fall out problem due to a constant usage of mascara and removing it in pulling out motions. I use this serum during my skincare routine. Mostly at night, sometimes I forget to use it. After applying my skincare, I apply this on my brow and lashes. As you can see in the picture above (sorry for the low quality picture). You can basically see a difference. When I first took the second picture, I thought that it may look the same as the old picture. But when I crop the image and compare these two image, I can really see a difference. On first time usage, I cannot see a different. Don't expect an overnight result. So after days of using it, I barely check on my lashes, I just continue using it. On the day that I want to take this picture above for the result, I start to notice that my lashes are thicker. It is not longer but thicker and stronger. My brow are also a bit fuller. I am amaze that this product really does the job and deliver its promise. What I can say is this is a must try product, hope it works on you too because it works on me. The price are also reasonable. This product is an official product that I include in my night skincare routine. As much as we are committed to the basic skincare product like toner, moisturizer and serum, this is actually a must have product too, as in concentrated and targeted on your lash and brow which is also on your face. If you understand what I mean. Its a must have!
